- Basic salary £25k - £27k DOE + competitive salary and benefits package

Customer Service Specialist Overview:
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients
- Manage the onboarding process for new asset finance clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exemplary customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions
- Undertake personal identity checks, plus Fraud and PEP checks where appropriate
- Undertake business credit and verification checks
