Customer Service Specialist Overview:

  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients
  • Manage the onboarding process for new asset finance clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exemplary customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions
  • Undertake personal identity checks, plus Fraud and PEP checks where appropriate
  • Undertake business credit and verification checks
